Once you have got in touch with us to explain your staffing needs, we can review any applicants we have that may be suitable for you. We do have applications to work in New Zealand all year round, however, we encourage employers to get in touch as early as possible with their needs so we can see if there are any suitable matches. If we have no suitable candidates at the time, we can advertise your role.
All our applicants are interviewed and reference checked by us, however, we strongly recommend an employer conducting their own interview with a candidate to chat through the role. Once you are happy, and you are able to deliver a job contract we will assist our candidates in booking their flights, sorting visas and any other paperwork.
We facilitate candidates arrival, with airport pick ups and hosting candidates for the first night. During this time we are able to set up IRD numbers and bank accounts. We also offer an introduction to NZ road safety and machinery; this includes a talk through on NZ road rules and candidates will be introduced to safely operating either tractors or quad / two wheeler. Employers will be sent a competency report on each candidate.
All candidates are picked up from our Mystery Creek base, right by Hamilton Airport in the Waikato. We can facilitate onward travel to their final destination to meet you if needed. We can offer pastoral support for the candidates first month; and are a presence in the background if candidates or employers have any issues.
